Tip Tuesday (Timer)

 I frequently extol the value of setting achievable, measurable goals. In my Curvy Strong & Fit book I explain the philosophy of goal setting and more about why it is so important.

This weeks tip is - a simple inexpensive kitchen timer or a timer app on your cell phone can help you measure goals! Measuring how long you can hold a pose is a great way to track your strength and fitness! Timing yourself makes sure you can recognize and acknowledge progress!!

I've added a cheap kitchen timer to my Feet Up bench:

It's great to be able to aim for 8 mins and see the timer ticking down.
