Feet Up Trainer 10 Weeks Later
I've now had my Feet Up trainer 10 Weeks!
I have used it consistently at least 3 times per week every week! Here are some things I have noticed:- Reduction in migraine related scalp nerve pain
- Improved posture (I'm actually losing the hunchback I gained in my 40s)
- Improved strength (especially core strength)
- I can now easily drink from my water bottle whilst cycling due to increased core strength!
- Less back pain when I have been cycling for a long period!

I am pleased I added this to my health and fitness repertoire this year, it's been a great addition!
