3 things I learned in YTT this week!

What did I learn in yoga teacher training this week?

1. Nadi Shodhana breathing


We were talked through three variations in a virtual class. 

2. Bhastrika Pranayama or bellows breath

3. Acupressure Basics
I am still enjoying this YTT journey. I have completed about 40% of the training in three weeks. It's been probably 2/3 theory so far but I'm getting to the phase that has more of the serious asana practice and asana clinics now and they are kicking my butt!
As a curvy girl it's definitely very challenging and in occasional moments even disheartening!  But if I can't keep up with the difficulty of a class I just practice whatever asana I want to whilst I listen and learn. Because I'm just not ready for headstands yet and that's okay!
It's certainly reinforced for me that I want to be an inclusive yoga teacher that embraces and encourages all people of all sizes & abilities as well as strength and flexibility levels
