Worthy Wednesday

A big goal for me this year is a plank challenge I'm working on all year, I started in early December 2020! I've been doing incline plank mostly due to a wrist issue, I can only just hold it 40 seconds:

I'm working my way up to floor plank and can hold it 30 seconds:
I'm happy with my progress so far, I could only do plank for 20 seconds when I started. By the end of February my goal is to consistently be able to do 40 seconds of plank with more ease!

I'm also doing "Ride and Read" for 20mins 3+ times a week for 20mins. I'm currently reading a book by Kamala Harris, click on my ride and read tab for more details:
And I walk the dogs daily, weather permitting.
My strength and flexibility exercises vary daily. A month ago I couldn't do this:
