Wednesday Workout
No hands! Only briefly though 😂😂😂
I did four mins of inversion three times today!
I'm still loving my Feet Up trainer for core strength building and it has completely stopped my scalp nerve pain that used to be fairly constant!
43 minute workout all up todayAs usual I pushed it pretty hard during my ride and read! I'm still reading Kamala Harris' book, which I'm truly enjoying.
Most of my ride was in the red heart rate zone as usual, it really maximizes my workout time!And I assigned days for my weekday strength training:
