Wednesday - I am worth it!

 Progress is what keeps me motivated!

This week I'm focused on consistently doing 8 mins straight on the Feet Up inversion trainer!

I only managed that for the first time last week, it's double the time I was doing the week before that! Monday I recorded an 8 min session, in a time lapse video:

It's truly astonishing to me that I can do this for 8 mins! My flexibility has improved heaps, these legs of mine are truly horizontal:

All the poses I was excited to even achieve a month ago are getting easier!


But it's still challenging enough to know it's building strength! 

It's exciting to make progress on a new health and fitness plan isn't it?!! Progress builds confidence, confidence helps keep you motivated!
