Tuesday
Monday is a more restful body care day for me so it feels great to get a Tuesday workout done!
It's the beginning of my fourth week with the Feet Up trainer! And I did my usual cycling, strength and dog walk. I even managed to do 4 mins straight on the trainer for the first time! I do a total of ten mins usually in 3 or 4 stints.There's a snow storm coming in tomorrow, so I probably won't get a dog walk in for a few days later in the week as it'll be icy!
