Tuesday - one month of Feet Up
I've had my Feet Up trainer a month!
I am able to hold an inversion for 4 minutes now!
I did that three times this afternoon for a total of 12 minutes today!And check this out:
I'm getting closer to horizontal! It's important to celebrate the small victories!My twenty mins on the bike was full on!
40+ mins training all up today and for the first time in a long time the scale showed I was below 110kg! Losing weight isn't my primary goal but I still enjoy seeing my weight get lower!
