Buzz Word - Willpower

You are not lacking willpower!

Eating healthy and working on your fitness are only a small part of your big life! Fitting it all in isn't always possible. So many factors have contributed to who we are today and a little willpower will not address all those factors!

Don't let anyone oversimplify the struggle for a life of active health:
Stress, medical issues, time, career, mindset, access, lack of support, emotional issues, age, etc.

Those that are considered a success in the mainstream health & fitness industry just happen to fit the mould that is perceived as perfect.

Choose not to fit the mould! Stop buying into the mainstream industry bull*#@ and start utilizing the resources provided by curvy/fuller-figured/plus size body positive influencers. Just knowing that someone can look like you and still participate in an active lifestyle is half the battle!
