Sore Muscles
I took it a little easier today because my muscles have been sore, so I skipped cardio and did 10 mins of yoga inversion on the Feet Up trainer:
Then some stretches:
And later this afternoon I did 20 mins of yoga:
It feels great to stretch out those sore muscles:
And I recorded a couple of new videos showing what I'm focused on with my Feet Up inversions this week:
I'm certainly finding with the Feet Up trainer there's always something I want to do to help strengthen my core and improve my balance.
