Inauguration Day!

It's inauguration day! So I have on my Chucks and pearls and I'm watching the inauguration whilst I work and workout!
My workout today was about 40 mins and then an afternoon dog walk:
I'm still keeping up with my plank challenge by doing elbow plank whilst my wrist is recovering from some soreness last week: 
My current focus on the Feet Up trainer is doing two minutes at a time 5 times per day, watch to see how it's going:
