Cycle, strength, yoga etc

After 21 mins indoor cycling today I was totally depleted!

In December I started reading books whilst riding rather than watching TV and I seem to ride faster when reading, so it's working out well. 

And I'd done 20 mins of strength training first including 10 mins on the Feet Up trainer. So i was fairly exhausted before I got on the bike 🥵
I'm doing better with adding some twisting/spinal rotation whilst balancing but it's still a work in progress;
But overall I'm really proud of my training lately! I'm loving the changes we've made in our home gym (spare bedroom) this year too, it's a very functional space. I just enjoy being in that room and working on me.
And even in my sewing studio this morning I was working on something for the gym room, it's a new yoga strap for me 👏
It's really great on days when two obsessions can collide rather than fight for supremacy!
