A New Challenge

Every year I try to revamp my workout regimen through winter to ensure it is challenging and fresh. This year I decided to try a FEET UP in hopes that increased blood flow to my head will improve the nerve pain I have almost constantly on my scalp:

Day 1: I could not get up on my own but with my hubby Matts help I got up but not to fully perpendicular


Day 2 - I needed to be able to do this on my own without hubby's help getting up, so once the Feet Up was in our gym room and placed it against the wall for increased confidence, I used a small but sturdy step stool to help me get up! It worked perfectly

By day 3: 

Day 4: we decided to reorganize our home gym room to give ourselves more space, which will allow for more complex moves on the feet up! I was able to do circles with my legs.


At this point I had been almost completely nerve pain free for 2 days! Fingers crossed that is not a coincidence.

So this purchase has been a great addition to our home gym so far! It will work extremely well with my existing core strength building goal for 2021. And even my hubby loves using it!
