We're 3 weeks into January! 

My Feet Up trainer is still challenging me but I'm definitely heaps stronger than a couple of weeks ago when I started using it! Today I managed to do two and a half minutes straight for the first time and I did it four times during my 40 min workout! So that's ten minutes total!
I am seeing and feeling significant changes in my body already! 

I tried this manoeuvre today, which is basically down dog but my feet are elevated to increase the load on my arms
It's certainly strenuous but I also felt it stretching my glutes and hamstrings so it should be great for flexibility!
