Stroll and Roll - Lagoon Park

Today I woke up in pain,  my torn plantar fascia and heel bone spur are at crisis point again.  Tomorrow is my initial surgical consultation appointment though, so hopefully surgery soon will fix this problem once and for all!

So hubby and I did a stroll and roll today at Lagoon Park in Secret Harbour. 

The path is in good condition but does not loop all the way around the lake unfortunately and the path drainage slope towards the lake was pretty bad in some places making it harder to self propel.  It's also quite hilly which would make it difficult for beginners to self propel! 

But the cygnets (baby swans) were adorable.
