What you can, when you can!
When you have a chronic illness, consistency with an exercise regimen can be difficult. I've had a rough couple of weeks health wise but what I've done well is squeeze in small amounts of exercise when I'm feeling well enough. Today that was 7 mins of Feet Up inversion:
This is important to me because it helps maintain my core strength and minimize lower back pain.
So if you are struggling with health issues remember 5 to 10 mins is better than nothing! Do what you can, when you can.I also taught a one hour children's yoga class today for Athletes Global at Kaiser Elementary, but it's a fairly gentle yoga regimen based around having fun and learning some common poses and their names.
