Fun Friday Fitness

I've been unwell for a couple of days so today I was eager to get back in to my daily fitness routine!

I did about 15 to 20 mins of yoga. Today I chose my "Daily Yoga Sequence to Build Strength" you can find a free printable PDF of this sequence on my website:

I also did 7 mins of Feet Up inversion:
Then I did 8+ mins of arms including this awesome video that I love and have used for several years:
I also did squats and lunges. 
Then I walked my dogs with hubby for 20 mins:
I always love a fun mix of various workout styles especially when it's Friday!
