Goals

It's like I'm a whole new person this past 13mths since my mindset changed to prioritize my exercise/fitness regimen! 

I am recovering from patella tendonitis ATM and I miss running! WTF! I just said "I miss running". 

What changed? How did this happen? I was always active but not consistent. I used to hate routines but I have found they help me develop good habits and...

1. I was ready for a change in my life (just generally)

2. I stopped caring what people thought of me as a curvy fitness enthusiast

3. I made my 4th bedroom a home gym/yoga studio and use it year round (I used to just do that in winter)

4. I do it all at my own pace. Running, yoga, progress. It's all done at a pace I can handle. I might be the slowest runner on the planet but I run. 

So here's my plan for exercise through to Spring 2022:

That's in addition to my daily dog walking. 
I'll include Feet Up inversion and yoga wheel use in my 1hr yoga twice weekly. 
By long walks I mean 3+miles. 
I'll share more details about my leg strength training plan in the coming weeks.
