 My current health and fitness regimen involves:

  • 3 days of cardio (usually cycling, hiking, an extended walk or running) 
  • 2 days of yoga
  • Weekend days are free choice so we can do whatever exercise our heart desires.
Yesterday was a yoga practice day so I did a hip opening yoga class video for my YTT 300hr training course:






I also used my yoga wheel and feet up trainer:

And I did a meditation in which I focused on practicing use of my meditation balls:
I also try to do Feet Up inversions 5 days a week and walk my dogs most days.
