 Progress is basically the perception that you are moving forward/growing/learning/changing.


When you consider your progress as an individual consider all arenas of your life! You could've made progress in many areas (professionally, mentally etc) but you are still beating yourself up over not achieving consistency in your workout regimen!!

Progress in any arena of your life deserves recognition and accolades! You can't always work on every part of yourself all at once! Extend yourself a little grace! You are changing and progressing. One step at a time is enough.
