5 Pandemic Personal Growth Ideas
One year into pandemic life it's not uncommon to feel a little stymied by our existence. But a feeling of discontent is a sign you need to make some changes in your life!
Today I'm providing 5 ideas of new things to try that could engage your mind, body and soul in new ways to ensure that you are energized by life again! Being healthy is more than just about what you eat and how much you move, a big part of it is mental! In fact in the yoga teacher training course I'm completing they talk about ayurveda or health management as being physical, mental, social and spiritual which I think is 100% accurate!
Without further ado... Here are my 5 ideas of new things to try:
1. Yoga Teacher Training; you don't have to want to teach! You could do it just for personal development! It doesn't have to be expensive to broaden your mind and inspire you!
