3 Things I learned in YTT this week!

I have thoroughly enjoyed all the YTT anatomy lectures!

The 90/90 Stretch was introduced during a Yin yoga drill session! Both legs are bent at 90 degrees your body faces forward towards the thigh/knee of the leading leg. This is a fabulous stretch that helps with hip rotation which is necessary for difficult poses such as compass. 
Chakras and the 3 longest nadis!
