Teachings on Love by Thich Nhat Hanh ⭐⭐⭐
This book was not my favorite of his but I still enjoyed it and ear tagged it in many places for future inspiration.
Zebras of Hope by Ellen Kelleher ⭐⭐⭐
This book is about hypermobility spectrum disorder specifically Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. As a person with HSD, this book was an interesting read, but it is probably a little short and limited for the cover cost since most of the technical detail is freely available on the internet nowadays from organizations such as Ehlers Danlos Society.

Encouragement Changes Everything by John C Maxwell ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I loved this book, it is a quick read or a book you can pick up sporadically when needed. Some of the content relates to bible verses but most of the content was stuff even an atheist like me can enjoy.

Slowing Down in a Speeded Up World by Adair Lara ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Another fun book you can pick up sporadically when needed and read a page for inspiration or to pass the time.

Little Whispers of Comfort for Busy Women
I really enjoyed this and think I'll read it again one day!
Life's Little Handbook of Wisdom by Barbour ⭐⭐⭐ I'm an atheist and probably a quarter of the chosen wisdom quotes related to God/Jesus so this book wasn't a favorite read, however it's a quick light read that's almost humorous at times in the simplicity of some suggestions.
April/May 2022 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Do Your Om Thing by Rebecca Pacheco
Funny, entertaining, enjoyable read!
January/February 2022 (novel) ⭐⭐⭐
In the Time of Butterflies by Julia Alvarez.
I didn't love this book but it is an intriguing read at times that I think many people would enjoy.

Title: Undivided by Patricia Raybon & Alana Raybon
A thoughtful book that illustrates the diverse thinking that can happen within one family and the fact that distance amongst family is a double edged sword that all family members must acknowledge and work on for those rifts to mend!

Late 2021 I switched to lighter reading material due to chronic migraine the remaining minority author books will be read in 2022.
August/September 2021
Author: Thich Nhat Hanh (2 books in one review)
Title: How to Walk & How to Sit
I just know I'll read and reread these books many times in my lifetime. They simplify meditation based concepts and mindfulness which makes those concepts accessible to all! In this fast paced world these 2 quick, little, easy reading books are well worth a read.

The Little Book of Mindfulness
Author: Dr Patricia Collard
I'm loving this little book so far! Like Thich Nhat Hanh (see August/September books), Dr Collard simplifies the concept of mindfulness and makes it an accessible concept! You don't need to be a Tibetan monk to meditate or to live mindfully, you just need to allow yourself to be in your surroundings and in your mind with joy.
